I raise Olde Spots , Large Blacks and Berkshires in Western NC , in a totally natural manner, with no confinement . We produce fantastic pork and along with it ....LARD and Leaf Lard. PS we can do Tallow too if requested.... all products are USDA inspected and we can ship anywhere in USA for a slight up charge and freight.
